Our Apple Ginger shrub combines Apple Cider Vinegar and 100% cane sugar with real apples and fresh ginger. We take our time, too....every batch of The Twisted Shrub takes three days to craft by hand!

For cocktails, we love using this shrub for a modern take on a Moscow Mule. Combine 1oz shrub and 1oz vodka with 2-3 ounces ginger ale or ginger beer. For the perfect cold-weather cocktail, combine equal parts shrub and bourbon or whiskey for a hearty and tart sipper.

For healthier, better-for-you sodas, simply add 3-4 parts shrub to 1 part sparkling water for a refreshing, low-sugar sparkler!

Each glass bottle is 8oz and makes ~8 drinks.
