Our Blueberry Lemon shrub combines apple cider vinegar and 100% cane sugar with plump, ripe blueberries and fresh yellow lemons to create an incredibly complex, sweet, tart and delicious shrub! We take our time, too....every batch of The Twisted Shrub takes three days to craft by hand!

For cocktails, this shrub pairs great with both gin and vodka. Simply add equal parts shrub, spirit and soda water or tonic with lots of ice and you're good to go. We also love a splash of this shrub in your favorite glass of prosecco or champagne for a modern take on a mimosa!

For healthier, better-for-you sodas, simply add 3-4 parts shrub to 1 part sparkling water for a refreshing, low-sugar sparkler!

Each glass bottle is 8oz and makes ~8 drinks.
